International
- Express International Delivery 5-7 days
Starting from the next day after the order is placed, the commodities will be delivered to your designated delivery address (except for various force majeure factors such as network abnormality, inventory out of stock, goods in short supply, natural disaster influence) within 5~7 working days (excluding weekend, national holidays and local customs operation time).
Please note:
- International customers may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country.
- Actual arrival days are possible influenced by processing time of local customs officer.
International shipping
Please be advised all international orders are subject to duties and fees that are fully covered by the customer. Any Customs/Duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not include these costs in shipping as this is something which occurs at the point of arrival in the destination.
*To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not KYC.

Returns
- You can change your mind within 30 days and you will receive refund once we confirm the returned product is in good status. You have to send back returned products to us within 14 days after we accept your return request.

- Please make sure that the commodity is correct before you start using it. If the commodity has traces of use, it is damaged by use of human factors, and it has the smell of non-commodity itself, it will affect your right to return.
- Returned products must be with original packaging and condition ,including shoe box, hangtags…. Once we receive it in its original condition, we'll issue your refund and drop you an email to let you know once this has been done. Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 24 working days for the funds to show back into your account.
- We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
Refund
The actual refund amount is:
No use of discount
- (1)The actual refund amount for partial order returned is the returning shoes price at the time of placing the order.
- (2)The actual refund amount for the entire order returned is the total purchase amount at the time of placing the order
Use discount
- (1)If the partial order is returned, the discount amount is evenly distributed to each item, so the partial discount amount will be deducted from the actual refund amount.
- (2)If the whole order is returned, the full discount will be deducted from the actual refund amount.
