  • Product

    • Are all items displayed on the website in stock?

      Mostly. We will put a note or a pre-order notice in product information if not.

    • Will there be back orders for out of stock products?

      Products that are displayed as Out of stock on the official website might not have back orders due to the consideration of the season’s collection and its production process. We recommend you to purchase your desired items while available, and if you have other questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service on inooknit’s official LINE (ID: @inooknit).

    • Product care and how to clean.

      Hand-wash is recommended when the shoes are in fair condition, machine-washing is also an option if you’d like to do a deep-clean. Please see Shoe Care guideline on the official website.

    • How do I choose my size?

      Please see the Size Guide on the official website to print out the measuring paper to measure the length and width of your feet corresponding to the style. You can also join our official LINE@ to contact customer service and get a recommended shoe size for you.

    • Are the shoes easily stretched out?

      inooknit shoes are made with sustainable elastic yarn so it’s not easily stretched out and the shoes will fit better the longer you wear them.

    • Are inooknit shoes good for hallux valgus feet?

      The soft and stretchy materials are very friendly with hallux valgus feet!

    • How do I choose between pointy and round toe designs?

      The width of both styles are the same, so you can simply choose the style you like and find the right size for you.

    • How breathable are the shoes?

      The perks of knitted shoes are that they’re softer and breathable, better than leather and woven shoes.

    • Are they suitable for hot weather?

      The snowy yarn performs softness and breathability and also helps absorb moisture of your feet, they’re comfortable to wear in summer.

    • Are the shoes stink-free if I don't wear socks?

      The breathable knitted upper and the insole are fabricated with moisture wicking functions and are designed to be worn without socks. However, if your feet are particularly sweaty, socks are still recommended!

    • Is there a maintenance service for inooknit’s products?

      We do not have a maintenance service for now. Please contact us if you have any questions. Email: dm@inooknitshoes.com

    • Are the shoes suitable to wear in the rain?

      inooknit shoes contain knitted holes that make them breathable so they’re not waterproof. The shoes are not suitable to wear in the rain but they dry fast.

    • Can I use waterproof spray on inooknit shoes?

      Yes. But it will affect the breathability of the shoes.

    • Are inooknit shoes slip-resistant?

      The outsoles are made with recyclable rubber which is anti-slip and wear-resistant. The rubber pattern design also enhances the anti-slip function.

    • Are sustainable shoes easy to break?

      PU material will be hydrolyzed if not used in a long period of time. In contrast, inooknit shoes are made with recyclable rubber which is durable and wear-resistant. So no, our shoes won’t be easy to break.

  • Order

    • Can I change the size/ color/ quantity after placing an order?

      Please review your order carefully. Your order cannot be modified once submitted. Should you have any questions regarding your orders, please contact customer service immediately.

    • How do inooknit’s vouchers work?

      Enter the amount you wish to deduct with the voucher on your order. Please note that once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

    • Can I cancel, modify, add or combine my orders?

      Please note that orders cannot be canceled once being processed.

    • Can I apply both discount and voucher on the same order?

      Yes. Membership discounts can be applied with vouchers. Please see additional promotions on the official website.

    • Do you ship to offshore islands in Taiwan?

      Yes. We ship to some islands with Yamato Cat transport service.

      Please note that the following areas can not be delivered:

      Magong City (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Qimei Township, Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Bird), Penghu County Island, Jibei Island), Lieyu (Bold Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu Township, Kinmen County, Lanyu Township, Taitung County, Diaoyutai Island, Dongsha Islands, and Nansha Islands.

    • Are the items added to my shopping cart reserved?

      The items will not be reserved until you proceed to the checkout page. Product inventory allocation is based on the confirmed orders.

  • After-sales

    • What should I do if the items received are defective?

      If you have any doubts about the product, please contact customer service and provide an actual photo of the product that you received. Please also provide your phone number, order confirmation number, and your account number. We will contact you as soon as we begin processing your message.

    • Appreciation period?

      If the size or style does not meet your expectations, you can process it within the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day period starts from the day after delivery, kindly keep the product and packaging in new condition.

    • Can I make an exchange if the size does not fit?

      Yes. You will need to submit an application within the 7-day appreciation period and only size exchange is available, we do not accept style/color exchanges.

    • How to apply for an exchange or a return?

      Please submit an application in the order message and briefly describe the reason for the return/exchange, our staff will handle your application. Due to the possibility of back and forth communication, we recommend you to add inooknit’s official LINE account (ID: @inooknit)

      Please provide your account information and order confirmation number. Our staff will reply to your message during work hours.

      ※Remarks※ Items purchased at the physical stores will have 7-day appreciation period. However, only size exchange is available. No returns.

    • Will my return or exchange application be processed during the holidays?

      Questions related to after-sales returns and exchanges are based on whether the application date exceeds the 7-day appreciation period. Customer service will not be responding to messages during holidays, kindly wait for the response during work hours.

    • Can I exchange/return the products I purchased online to the physical stores?

      Due to the different ordering processes, the items bought online can’t be returned or exchanged at our physical stores. If you need to apply for an exchange, please bring the item bought at the physical stores and its receipt to the store, and we’ll help you with the process.

      Virtural ATM payment code

      After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the ECPay page of Green World Technology. After obtaining a set of virtual ATM payment codes, you can enter the virtual payment code at a physical ATM machine or online bank.
      (Please make the payment within 72 hours, the order will be invalid after the time limit.)

      Credit card (VISA, Master, JCB)

      After placing the order, you will be redirected to the ECPay page of Green World Technology. The effective time is 15 minutes for each transaction. Enter the credit card number and verification code and other information needed to complete the transaction online.
